The Mako system is designed to give your staff access to information via a protected, secure network connection.
Greater flexibility
You and your staff have greater flexibility in how and where you
work. Whether you need an updated inventory, the latest sales figures, a recent presentation or accounts information, you can access information safely and securely via your network connection. You also have greater flexibility to allow other companies limited access to your network to view and use information they need and nothing else.
Control
The Mako
system enables specified types of data from specified networks into
your office network with the Firewall controls. You can link two or
more offices together in a Virtual Private Network (VPN). You can also
allow individual computers to create VPNs into your office ensuring you
and your staff are securely connected to the office when you need to be
- wherever you are.
You can even link the Mako system to another brand of Firewall or router in a VPN. Unfortunately, there is no other Mako functionality or reporting available from the other device when using this solution.
